These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EasyNomics web application (the “Service”) provided by Createch Intelligence (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Access

To access certain features of the Service, you must register an account.

2.1 Account Ownership

  • Ownership: All EasyNomics accounts remain the sole property of Createch Intelligence.
  • Usage Rights: The account serves strictly as a login credential for accessing the Service. Completing the registration process grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use the account.

2.2 Third-Party Login (Social Login)

We support login via third-party providers (Google, GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn).

  • Reference to Third-Party Terms: When you use these services to authenticate, your use of those authentication methods is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of the respective third-party providers. We encourage you to review their terms before connecting your account.

2.3 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Prohibition on Account Sharing

  • Strict No-Sharing Policy: Your account is for your personal use only.
  • Sharing your account credentials (username/password) or session access with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Consequence of Violation: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we detect or reasonably suspect account sharing activity.

3. AI Disclaimers and Academic Integrity

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content, analyze data, and provide assistance.

3.1 AI Accuracy

  • No Guarantee: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases (“hallucinations”). The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the AI.
  • User Verification: You should independently verify any information provided by the Service before relying on it.

3.2 Academic Consequences

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by the Service.
  • Academic Integrity: The Service is a tool for assistance and learning. The Service Provider is NOT responsible for any academic consequences resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to allegations of plagiarism, academic dishonesty, disciplinary actions, or failing grades. You must adhere to your institution’s academic integrity policies when using AI tools.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights
The Service, including its source code, design, trademarks, graphics, and text, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright laws.

Your Rights & No AI Training
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (“User Content”).

  • No AI Training: We explicitly agree that we will NOT use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models without your explicit, written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to breach, bypass, or interfere with any AI safety, security, or access control systems, or attempt in any way to obtain, infer, analyze, or exploit system prompts, internal instructions, model parameters, or other protected information.

6. Service Availability and Updates

  • Web-Based Service: This is a web-based application. We do not guarantee that the Service will be compatible with all browsers or devices.
  • Updates: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
  • Connectivity: You are responsible for obtaining the internet connection necessary to use the Service. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to network issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
  • Any errors or omissions in the AI-generated content.
  • Any academic penalties or professional consequences incurred by the user.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (specifically the Account Sharing prohibition).

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid if your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
