1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Createch Intelligence (Createch, we, us) may issue refunds for payments made for our products. By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure — You were charged due to a verified payment processing error, duplicate charge, or system malfunction on our end.
  • Service Unavailability — A prolonged and material disruption to our services, as determined solely by Createch, prevented you from accessing core features for a significant portion of your purchased service period.
  • Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period — You request cancellation and a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase, provided you have not made substantive use of premium features during that period.

3. Refund Calculation

Where a refund is approved, the following terms apply:

3.1 Immediate Termination of Access

Upon approval of a refund request, your access shall be terminated immediately. Access to all premium features and content will cease at the point of termination.

3.2 Non-Refundable Processing Fee

All payments are processed through Stripe. A processing fee of 6.2% of the original purchase cost is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is retained to cover third-party payment processing charges incurred at the time of the original transaction.

3.3 Pro-Rata Deduction

The refundable amount shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of days elapsed since the start of the purchased service period. The formula applied is as follows:

Refund Amount = (Original Cost − Processing Fee) × (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days in Service Period)

Where:

  • Original Cost = the amount charged for the purchased service period
  • Processing Fee = 6.2% of the Original Cost
  • Remaining Days = Total Days in Service Period − Days Used
  • Days Used = number of calendar days from the service start date to the date the refund is approved (inclusive)

All calculations are performed manually by our team and rounded to two decimal places.

3.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds shall be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have used a substantial portion of the purchased service period (generally more than 50%).
  • You simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service after the 48-hour cooling-off period.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (see Section 5).
  • You failed to request a refund in a timely manner; charges for elapsed service periods are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
  • Any order placed using a promotional code or discount, and any complimentary service period.

5. Termination Without Refund

Createch reserves the right to terminate your access immediately and without refund in the event of:

  • Violation of Terms of Service: including but not limited to misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the integrity of our services. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of Refund Policy: repeated or excessive refund requests indicating a pattern of misuse.
  • Account Sharing or Redistribution: unauthorised sharing of account credentials or redistribution of premium content.
  • Chargebacks or Payment Disputes: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team. In such cases, your account will be permanently suspended.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Amendments

Createch reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
