Welcome to EasyNomics. We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy aims to explain how Createch Intelligence (“Createch,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use the EasyNomics application (the “Application”).

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect your information through the following channels and methods:

Identity and Login Information
To provide a seamless experience, we support multiple authentication methods.

  • Social Login: We allow you to log in using third-party providers including Google, GitHub, Discord, and LinkedIn. When you use these services, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture as permitted by your account settings and the scopes you grant. We do not store your passwords for these third-party accounts.
  • Standard Login: If you choose to register with an email and password, we securely store your email address and an encrypted (hashed) version of your password.

Device and Access Records
When you operate the Application, we automatically record information about your request sources, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Device model and Operating System
  • Time and date of your visit
  • Time spent on the Application

Location Data
The Application collects your device’s approximate geographical location. This data is used solely to determine your region for localized content and relevant recommendations. We do not track your precise real-time movements.

Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us analyze user behavior trends (e.g., active users, retention rates) to improve performance.

  • Note: Unlike some other services, we do not record your mouse trajectories, keystrokes, or screen contents.

Server Logs
Our servers retain log files containing request details for security auditing and performance monitoring purposes.

How Do We Use Your Information?

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

Service Provision & Personalization
To verify your identity, maintain your session, and provide personalized content or recommendations based on your approximate location.

App Improvement
To optimize the user interface and functional logic based on aggregated user behavior and data analysis.

No AI/ML Training
We explicitly state that we do not use your personal data, content, or usage logs to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) models.

Customer Service & Support
To respond more efficiently to your inquiries, technical support requests, or feedback sent to us.

Notifications
To send you important information, required notices, and marketing promotions (where you have opted in) via the contact information provided.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. Exceptions include:

Service Providers
We share non-sensitive information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Application.

  • Cloudflare: Used for content delivery (CDN), security (WAF), and basic analytics.
  • Google Analytics: Used for aggregated user behavior analysis.
    These third parties have agreed to keep this information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal Compliance
We will disclose information where required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Data Retention Policy

We follow the principle of data minimization:

  • User Provided Data: We retain your account data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
  • Server Logs: Logs containing IP addresses and request records are retained for a limited period (e.g., up to 30 days) for security auditing, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Information Security

We employ multiple security measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encryption: We use HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encryption to ensure data security between your device and our servers.
  • Protection: We utilize Cloudflare to defend against malicious attacks and unauthorized access.
  • Access Control: We restrict internal employee access to sensitive user data to authorized personnel only.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party sites have independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

  • COPPA Compliance: If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, we will immediately delete this from our servers. Parents or guardians may contact us at service@createchstudio.com to request data deletion.

By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post the updates on this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
